Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you're not, you may return your items within 30 days of receiving them. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Can I return my order?

Yes. If you're not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt, provided all of the following conditions are met:

1. The order still contains all parts and components, and the packaging arrived intact with the product.
2. The product shows only normal handling. Damage caused by careless handling is excluded.
3. Products for which hygiene is important have been properly cleaned before the return process begins.
4. Any product defect was reported promptly after receipt.
5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.
6. Returns are processed within 7 business days. If the conditions are met, the return is formally acknowledged within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How to return your order

1. Email us at info@islaedinburgh.com with the subject line “Return Request”.
2. Include: your order number, the reason for the return, a photo of the product if damaged, your full name, and your address.
3. Wait for our reply — we will send you the correct return address. Please do not send the product back to the sender; always wait for the return address we provide.
4. Ship it — the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to the address we provide.

Right to cancel

As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you (or a third party you nominate) received the last of the goods, in line with UK consumer law. Because we work with a largely automated system, orders are processed immediately, so it may not be possible to stop dispatch before delivery. To exercise your right to cancel, notify us by a clear statement (for example, by email) of your decision. Where goods are already in transit, please wait until you receive them and then return them.

What we refund

We refund all payments received (excluding any additional delivery costs arising from your choice of a more expensive delivery method) within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods, using the same payment method you used. We do not refund return shipping costs or damage caused by improper handling.
