- All prices and payments in pounds sterling (GBP) – no card or payment fees.
- Secure, encrypted payment – we never store your card details.
- Multi-buy discounts are applied automatically at checkout.
- Refunds within 14 days of receiving your return to the same payment method.
1. Payment methods

The options shown can depend on your device (for example, Apple Pay only appears on supported Apple devices). The methods offered at checkout are the ones that apply.
2. Currency and fees
All prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP). We don't charge any fee for using a payment method, and delivery is free. Import charges that a carrier may collect on delivery are not included (see Shipping & Delivery, section 5).
Name on your statement: Isla Edinburgh is operated by UNIFYPULSE LLC, so your bank statement or PayPal account may show "UNIFYPULSE" or a similar name instead of "Isla Edinburgh". If you have any question about a charge, please email us first – we'll sort it out quickly.
3. Payment security
Payments are handled by our payment providers (Shopify Payments and PayPal) over a secure, encrypted connection (SSL/TLS). We never receive or store your full card details.
4. When you pay
Your payment is taken when you place your order, and we process the order once payment is confirmed. If a payment fails or is declined, no order is placed and nothing is dispatched.
5. Discounts
Current offers, such as our multi-buy discount, are applied automatically at checkout. If you have a discount code, you can enter it at checkout.
6. Refunds
After a cancellation or return, we refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or your proof of postage, if earlier) to the payment method you used. How quickly the money appears in your account then depends on your bank or PayPal. Details: Refund & Returns.
7. Fraud prevention
To protect our customers, we may check an order and refuse or cancel it if we have good reason to suspect fraud. Any amount already paid is then refunded in full.
