- As each of our products is made to order, there may be a variation of around 20% in colour and pattern compared with the sample images. However, we guarantee that the main design stays as shown. In addition, the dimensions of this rug may vary slightly 2.5–7.6 cm due to the manufacturing process.
- The rugs are delivered sealed to protect them during shipping – once opened, it can take up to 24 hours for the rugs to spread out. We recommend lightly vacuuming the rug to help it settle.
