• As each of our products is made to order, there may be a variation of about 20% in colour and pattern compared with the sample images. However, we guarantee that the main design will be kept as shown. In addition, the dimensions of this rug may vary slightly. 2.5–7.6 cm due to the manufacturing process.
• The rugs arrive sealed to protect them during shipping – once opened, it can take up to 24 hours for them to fully spread out. We recommend lightly vacuuming the rug to help the settling process.
